Emina Jahović postala je zaštitno lice kampanje za prevenciju raka dojke koju je pokrenula fondacija Nj.k.v. Katarine Karađorđević.

Obraćajući se novinarima i gostima u Belom Dvoru, Nj.K.V. Princeza Katarina je naglasila:

- Želim da se zahvalim svima koji su danas sa nama da daju podršku u borbi protiv raka dojke. Izuzetno je važno da svi zajedno radimo na podizanju svesti o borbi protiv raka dojke. Apelujem na sve žene da nam pomognu u ovoj borbi tako što će voditi računa o sebi i ići na redovne preglede.

S obzirom da potiče iz lekarske porodice, Emina Jahović kaže da ima dobro razvijenu svest o značaju redovnih i preventivnih pregleda kod doktora, i kaže:

- Svaka žena mora imati vremena za pregled jednom u šest meseci. Preskočite jedan šoping, frizera ili kozmetičara i idite na pregled, jer je briga o zdravlju deo kulture življenja – poručila je Emina.
