Hrvatska pevačica Severina za svoju prijateljicu koja boluje od raka kostiju i već četiri godine ne može stati na noge, tražila pomoć marokanskog isceditelja Mekkija.

U sredu uveče, Severina i njen prijatelj Edvin Sofić kontaktirali su marokanskog isceditelja Mekkija Torbija na večeru u zagrebački restoran Croatica, kako bi pomogao njihovoj teško oboleloj prijateljici.

Pregled i tretman pevačicine drugarice odvijao se u garaži restorana gde su njenu drugaricu doveli u kolicima, i iako se Severina potrudila da sve bude obavljeno u tajnosti, priča je ipak procurila u javnost.

Pevačici su u garaži društvo pravili njen dečko Slavko Šainović i prevodioc, a samo nakon desetak minuta vratili su se ostalim gostima na večeri.

Nakon Mekkijevog tretmana, pevačicinoj prijateljici je mnogo bolje, a prema prognozi isceditelja, već za dve nedelje će normalno hodati.
