Nakon što je postigla sve što je mogla postići na glumačkom polju, Angelina Jolie zasitila se snimanja filmova i smatra da bi trenutno mnogo više mogla napraviti u politici.

- Angelina je priznala da joj je Hollywood sve dosadniji i da baca oko na Washington – rekao je izvor za Daily Express a zatim dodao da je izuzetno aktivna po pitanjima ljudskih prava i ratova, kao i da  smatra da bi mogla puno više napraviti odlaskom u politiku. Glumica se divi predsedniku Obami i misli da bi mogla napraviti velike promene kad bi bila na njegovoj poziciji.

- Kako je Angelina vrlo odlučna oko svega što odluči, ne bih se začudio kad bi upravo ona postala prva američka predsednica. Kako je vrlo aktivna u humanitarnom radu, sigurno bi mogla napraviti i puno više kad bi se u potpunosti posvetila politici – dodao je dobro obaviešteni izvor.
