Umrla Tarzanova Jane

Glumica Brenda Joyce, poznata po ulozi Jane u filmovima o Tarzanu, preminula je od upale pluća 4. jula u Santa Monici, u 92. godini, piše danas list Telegraph.

Porodični prijatelj David Regan izjavio je da je bivša glumica patila od demencije punih deset godina.

Joyce, čije je pravo ime Betty Leabo, nasledila je Maureen O’Sullivan u ulozi Jane. Igrala je u pet filmova o čoveku iz džungle tokom četrdesetih godina prošlog vijeka, zajedno sa Johnnyjem Weissmullerom, a kasnije sa Lexom Barkerom.

Poslije povlačenja iz sveta filma 1949. godine, Joyce je radila za imigracionu službu i pomagala useljenicima u potrazi za smeštajem i poslom.

   What are you stating, man? I understand everyones got their own view, but really? Listen, your website is cool. I like the hard work you put into it, specially with the vids and the pics. But, come on. Theres gotta be a better way to say this, a way that doesnt make it seem like most people here is stupid!
