Nakon što su hrvatski mediji objavili slike na kojima se vidi da su izuzetno bliski, krenule su priče da su Marija Karan i Frano Lasić u ljubavnoj vezi. Lepa glumica demantovala je tu vest, naglasivši da joj je posao na prvom mestu.
Nakon objavljivanja fotografija sa njegove jahte na kojima se vidi da uživa u društvu lepe glumica Marije Karan, Frano Lasić priznao je kako je uživao u društvu prelepe Marije, ali da o ljubavnoj vezi između njih nema ni govora, dodavši da je sa njima na jahti uživao i njen dečko.
Marija Karan demantovala je priče da je u vezi sa Franom, ali isto tako rekla da nema vremena za ljubav, već je okrenuta isključivo i samo poslu.
- Iskreno, malo sam se iznenadila koliko su mediji pisali to što sam se ovog leta družila s prijateljima na jahti Frane Lasića. Frano je moj dugogodišnji prijatelj i kada sam sa svojim drugaricama u Hrvatskoj, često se sretnemo. S njim je uvek dobra zabava. O nekoj ljubavi nema ni govora, on i ja smo samo vrlo dobri prijatelji – rekla je glumica.
Obzirom da je trenutno okupirana pripremama za snimanje filma “Jedanaest minuta” glumica priznaje da joj je posao na prvom mestu, a da o ljubavi nema vremena ni da razmišlja.
- Živim uglavnom na relaciji London, Los Angeles, imam puno filmskih ponuda, jer je moj agent veoma poznat i dobar u svom poslu. Već sutra putujem u Sarajevo gde ću snimati film sa režiserom Jasminom Durakovićem, koji se proslavio filmom “Nafaka”, a njegovo novo ostvarenje “Sevdah za Karima” prava je melodrama – objasnila je mlada glumica za srpski Blic.
